Case types heard in Juvenile Courts include adoptions, juvenile delinquency,Texas Department of Family and Protective Services cases, and Declaratory Judgments involving unaccompanied minors.

This court hears all after-permanency cases (Child Protective Services, or “CPS”) for the Family Courts andthe 315th Juvenile Court.
